I have a sweet 100 cherry and a better boy tomato plants exhibiting signs of herbicide damage. Both plants continue to grow very well, and both plants continue to produce lots of blossoms. Here in Missouri we have had some hot days, 90+ for about a month or more so some of the blossoms were not able to pollinate but the recent weather being lower in temperature has helped the plants pollinate and produce fruit.
My question is this...would pruning some of the damaged leaves help the cherry produce normal leaves in the future, or should I let it grow normally because it won’t produce anymore normal leaves regardless of what I do?
