There is some fundamental confusion on this thread - lime raises pH, it does not lower it. Sulfur or ferrous (iron) sulfate will lower pH but a starting pH of 7.5 is fine for tomatoes. If you want to lower pH use the ferrous sulfate since it is quicker acting than sulfur and you are growing an annual crop. Don't use aluminum sulfate.
