Light Target Spot fungus on tomatoes - can I eat?

I've had a nagging fungus issue on my tomato and pepper plants this year. Here are pictures of one of the worst cases - what to do in this situation? Toss it? Eat it?

The plants were treated with Serenade for a week back in August, that seemed to help control the spread. Now the fruits are beginning to ripen (been a weird season here in 7B)

Just cut out the spots and enjoy. Those lesions are skin deep. If the rest of the tomato looks and tastes good, eat it. If I ate only pretty tomatoes there would be no BLTs.

I don't worry about those marks on tomatoes, either. A couple varieties of cherry tomatoes I have this year got little spots on them after it got cold, almost like frostbite! Yet it only got to 49° one night, so nothing even close to frost, but since it returned to warmer weather, there are no spots! Really strange...
