Powdery Mildew on tomato leaves

My daughter"s friend asked me how to treat powdery mildew on their tomato plants. Their garden flooded and the plants now have this problem. Anyone have any ideas or tricks?

After everything dries out the leaves can be sprayed off gently with garden hose. Powdery mildew is unsightly but will not harm the plant. No chemicals necessary. Make sure there is good air flow in and around the foliage and do not overhead water. But rain is overhead, right? So, a mulching program, plenty of space between plants and caging or trellising will help keep mildew at bay.
