saving my seedlings

Hi,
Here is how my plants look. It got too windy outside and one of the them bent.

How can I make it straight? the plant seems to be healthy.

Both got same light but one got really spindly.

When I put in containers I will bury most of the stem. So I think it should be fine for both plants?.

If these were mine, I would take them out of their pots and re-seat them by dropping back into the bottom of the container, and burying the stems up to just below the first set of leaves.

I was thinking of doing that after 15th.

Will it be too late? next couple of days here, temps are going to be in 63s as high and lows in the range of 40-45.

I mean put them back in current containers. This way they can grow better until ready to plant. Tomatoes will grow roots along buried stem so not only will they grow straightened but they will be sturdier with kargercroot system.
