Tomato Pest/Disease?

Hi! I have a few plants which seemed very healthy until just a couple of days ago. Since then, many/most have developed yellow dimples on their leaves, with small bumps on the underside. I cannot tell if they are pests, or if this is a disease or some other issue? Does anyone recognize this condition in these pictures?

The color in the first pictures is strange, but it looks like aphids which is a common problem.
If you can rub off the bumps and it feels a little sticky, then is is most likely aphids. Scale can cause similar damage, they have a little harder bodies.
You can use alcohol straight up out of the bottle.
Insecticidal soap or oil to smother them.
Put out ant bait. I like to use outdoor terro.
