I recently transplanted this tomato plant in my garden and it does not look like it's doing well...please help, can I save it? And will it affect my other tomato plants nearby?

I would be able to tell better if you could post a close up photo of the thin membrane-like appearance of the upper leaf damage... But I think they look like damage from tomato leaf miners. The lower browning areas are likely to be similar damage that have become water soaked and starting to rot.
If that is the case, yes the moth(s) could have laid eggs on other plants too. But let's see if that's what this is first.
