What kind of bug?

I just picked three of my Costoluto Genovese tomatoes to bring inside to ripen and I was dismayed to see that each one has a perfect holed drilled in the tomato. About 1/4" in diameter and maybe 1/2" deep. Would this be caterpillar damage? Something else?

I'm thinking either tomato fruit worm/corn ear worm or a climbing cutworm.

Both are moth caterpillars.

Ok-thanks! I'll spray for caterpillars in the next day or two.
