NW TN I grow all kinds of tomatoes.
NW Tennessee is hardiness zones 6a and 6b and that could be why your tomatos didn't have time to finish producing.
Other reasons for low fruit and flower production would be intense heat or overfertilizing with too much nitrogen which will cause alot of leafy growth and little fruit production, especially if you use synthetic fertilizers. Could that have contributed to low fruit and flower production?
