septoria leaf speck, etc??

I have been pruning the tomato plants for a few weeks now since seeing yellowing leaves and spots. About every three days I have to prune more. Upon viewing the image does anyone have a strong feeling for what is hitting these plants? I'm wondering if I should research some type of Neem or hydro peroxide mixture ...

yeah, I think septoria is a good guess.... most of the common tomato diseases are fungal, so identifying them isn't so important since the treatment is the same - some kind of anti-fungal. Neem or hydrogen peroxide would work or baking soda solution or diluted milk.
