Can the F1 tomato seeds be saved to plant the following year?

Jackman,

Welcome to The Helpful Gardener. Seeds from hybrids will not yield the same fruit that you got the first year. If you want to save seed for future seasons stay away from hybrids.

Oh good grief.
BOTH of the new types (Better Boy and Big Boy) I want to try are hybrids for crying out loud.
