Is it possible to save a plant from this ???? urgent...

I just realized my early girls were infected with what appears to be 'leaf blight' (not sure what we want to call it here).
I cant find any information about whether the plant can be saved or not. The most I could find was saying to cut the infected leaves off and get the cuttings away from the plants.
Will this just keep reinfecting the whole plant or can it be controlled (without using chemicals, hopefully)
