Spots on tomato plant leaves

Can anyone identify what is wrong with my tomato plants? Blight? Septoria leaf spot?

It does look like leaf spot. Pick off the infected leaves, bag and dispose of it. Mulching the tomatoes helps with splash back. I take the lower leaves off the tomatoes. It helps to begin fungicide program before the problem starts when the weather is humid after a rain. It is easier to prevent than to cure.

Yeah looks like septoria leaf spot. What imafan said.

But after you take off the affected leaves, you can spray the whole thing with a baking soda solution, including the undersides of leaves. Mix a tablespoon of baking soda and 1/2 tsp liquid soap (not detergent) in a gallon of water and spray.
