holes in early girl

I have been finding hese little holes in my early girl tomatoes . They are not appearing on my roma's that are in another container about 4 feet away. any idea what might be causing them, and even better how to stop it?

they look like they may have been stung. Cover the tomatoes when they are small. Newspaper, paint bags or net bags will work. If the tomatoes are any good you will also need to provide some netting to keep the birds from attacking the tomatoes.
