After this stage of the flowers:
The flowers simply closed and slightly wilted, is there a chance that they haven't been pollinated, or is this supposed to happen after pollination?

I suspect it was pollinated. It not pollinated, the blossoms just drop off. If pollinated, they stay around until the tiny fruit starts to form.
