What is wrong with my tomatoes?

So I am in Phoenix Arizona got a backyard raised planter box growing both early girl and beef eater tomatoes. The early girls had a blossom end rot problem that affected a handful of green"sprouts" luckily not all of tge tomatoes are affected I now have bone meal and lime to help with the calcium deficiency. I just noticed that my beefeaters are growing kinda funky a bit elephant man looking actually, anyone know what's going on?

Catfacing with a little zippering to make it look classy. No big deal

Most likely due to one or a combination of things:
Excessive nitrogen in soil
Low temps during fruit set
Erratic soil moisture
Exposure to 2,4-D herbicide

What this man said. It'll have no effect on the flavor.
