Leave veins turning purple

I used to have curly top virus on my tomatoes.At this time I don't see any more Leafhoppers but the leaves are looking worse now and curling more,and getting purple and stiff.And since that I have had only one fruit and the rest are flowerbuds.
They were planted outside about 70 days ago.(seeds were planted 27 jan07)

I give them every 10 days a 10-30-20 fertlilizer and I have sprayed them with neem oil to fight the leafhoppers.
Besides that I water in the morning and that's it.I have marigolds,basil,onion and garlic as companions.
The temp here varies from 28Low/34high (celcius)
