Gilkers,
Organic fertilizers are often incorporated into the soil over an extended period and are in place before you plant. In other words build a healthy soil. You can still apply some of the aforementioned materials around your plants.
For now you can make some compost, or manure, tea. A large portion is enclosed in a giant burlap "tea bag" and steeped. This can then be applied as you might a water soluble fertilizer. Similarly, you can also apply liquid sea weed or fish emulsion.
As far as which is the best, if you mix them up or use more than one you avoid the possibility of a deficiency in any one area.

I forgot to mention worm tea
A friend of mine bought this, although it's a little pricey, it works incredible, and your plants will be lush and healthy.

BUT YOU can make this for a lot cheaper, seems like it works the same..
I just found this a few seconds ago. New project for me this weekend
