Bloody Mary Mix from Fresh Salsa

I'm a huge fan of fresh salsa in the summer - the hour spent chopping to make a gallon or two is well worth it when it disappears when placed in front of a crowd. (Lime tortilla chips are my secret weapon.)

However if there are leftovers, there's always a massive amount of liquid in the bowl the next day that I've been spooning off and sending down the drain. I only just recently realized that this makes EXCELLENT bloody mary mix. At a tailgating event this weekend, I served both fresh salsa AND homemade bloody mary's. Highly recommended!
