I found this tomato in a trader joes store last night. First time I ever seen it. I read some interesting stuff on wikipedia about it.

Yeah I was thinking about saving the seeds. But after reading it sounded tricky. But I wonder if some of it is lies about needing a turtle to germinate the seeds. It states it is a hybrid, but I began to think how you could grow it and then stabilize it as an OP variety. Is it possible for people to get sued for trying to stabilize and/or collect seeds/grow this tomato? I did a forum search and found a few topics. I came across a thread of a few people who got the seeds from Duh_Vinci. Are his seeds these F3 seeds?
