While it is hard to give an exact diagnosis, leaf rolling can be a sign of over-watering.
Keep in mind that plants prefer to drink from the soil. Water on the leaves should be avoided while the plant is in direct sunlight (which should be most of the day since tomatoes love sun). Sometimes the lower leaves get wet during watering, which can injure the leaves, leading to infection/disease.
Sometimes the plant will become unhealthy and then be affected by multiple problems at the same time.
Watering problems can also be the cause of Septoria Leaf Spot (see https://www.tomatofest.com/tomato-diseases-pests.html), which will cause brown spots on the lower leaves.
I hope this helps.

I usually remove damaged individual leaves as they occur on the lowest branches.
If the plant can afford it, it's a good idea to remove the lowest branches as the grows so soil-borne disease organisms are not splashed up. It's also essential in humid regions to remove lower branches to maintain good air circulation.
