Upside down planter

The wife got me one, so I put the seedling in and filled it with soil. It weighs about 20-30 lbs. And then I dropped it right on the seedling. It didn't break - just snapped without breaking in 3 spots.

So there's no way that this plant would normally be able to survive. It would just flop over on itself. But I figured if I'm hanging it upside down, then the plant must have some sort of evolutionary ability to fix itself if it doesn't need to worry about support.

The plant spent a week thinking about whether or not it wanted to die, but I checked it last night (2 weeks later) and the snapped bits have all hardened up and its putting out new growth. Awesome
