I'm just leaving, don't have much time. The video is actually less helpful than some still shots would have been. Several times I wanted to say, there stop, let me look at that leaf.
But I'm thinking septoria, which is a common fungal disease of tomatoes.
Starts with spotted leaves like this

and ends up killing off the leaf and then more and more.
