lighting for tomato plants

I recently purchased some materials to build a lighting system for tomato plants. Was wondering if the t8 32 watt natural light bulbs will work cant finf 48 inch aquarium/plant light bulbs anywhere.

6500K color temperature bulbs will do nicely for starting seedlings.
