A question about Tomato disease and blight..

I have had a good winter Tomato season down here in Sth FL. Weather has been mostly co-operating. Some of my plants have developed some yellowing leaves, not sure if its a fungus, blight or something else. My question is, how doe this effect the quality, safety and condition and taste of the fruit? Should you immediately discard the fruit of a plant with yellowing leaves? Any input is appreciated.

Naw, it doesn't hurt the flavor, I wouldn't discard any of them because of yellowing leaves! Mine do that here and if'n I discarded any, wifey would kill me...
