Giant upside down tomatoes or a raised bed on stilts!

I was thinking of makinga bigger upsidedown tomato cage. Why not make a raised bed using a stronger device like small pipe then growing the tomatoes or anything over the edge of the raised bed toward the ground? The raised bed would be narrow like 18 inches wide made of anything that would hold a foot or more of soil. The advantage would be to keep animal;s out and have a unique looking garden with even climbing beans or vine crops growing down! Lots of possibilties! A old bath tub may work! A old swing set with a hanging basket attached! I have one old swing set that I am not using so I will make one theis week!

That is a cool idea! Any vining crop would look pretty cool hanging down like that. I think the only thing you would have to worry about would be the weight uprooting the plant.
