Will this help a "leggy" tomato plant grow & r

Sw 100 that I am going t to plant outdoors to see if Sw 100 will ripen in the garden here. (Alaska)
Hoping for lots of roots.

Yes it will.
Keep it buried the way you have it and the stem will probably root also.
