Yes I agree whith Jhony123 that tempriture will kill any tomato that is in the ground. I have never even tryed to plant until the temps get to be in the 50's at night all the time. I don't know if even covering the plants would be enough. by

That would have been one huge dog! The plants were on a shelf that is 4.5' tall!
