Banana Peels and Eggshells.......

Have you used them for your tomato plants and does it really work?

Those things go into my compost pile, so I use them eventually.

Does it work for what? Fertilizer or bug repelling? I'm looking for something to repel or kill worms that are eating tomatoes.
