Tomato Plate

I want to sit down to a huge, thick slice of the perfect beefsteak tomato, lightly sea salted, and eaten with a knife and fork. Now !

I would sprinkle with a little dill, too!

God knows how much I miss this! For now, store bought Campari is as close to any tomato taste resemblance I can get

Dill is a great idea ! I'm drooling over the photo. Sigh...
I also like a scoop of cottage cheese with my tomato "steak".
