Shenandoah valley of virginia
What are your favorites for juice, for whole, for salsa.
Then, if not the same, what are your favorite smooth varieties, and lastly your favorite striped choices
Two of my current favs are mr stripey and big beef

What do you mean by smooth? Perfectly round?

Well, I don't make salsa and I don't juice my toms, but I'd have to say that brandywine (sudduth strain) and caspian pink have been great slicers, though many have gotten hit with disease. The black krim were also good slicers and appeared to be more prolific.
