Brownish marks on toamto leaves?

I'm getting these marks on the lower leaves, not sure what it is? Its occuring on one gardeners delight and one san morzano.

I'm not really seeing the brown marks, just an overall wilt. Are the leaves wilting before turning brown? It looks like the plant is in a black pot on a patio (meaning very hot roots) which could cause the plant to suffer. Maybe another photo or a little more info?
