early blight? aphids? both? (with pics)

hi all!
wondering what this looks like to you (it's a jaune flamme tomato plant). from googling around, I suspect early blight, but I also found these little critters on the underside of a leaf yesterday. the cucumber and squash next to the tomato are just getting over a fungal infection (pretty sure it was powdery mildew on the squash, not sure about the cuc..... but it had aphids too). did the infection spread to the tomato? did the aphids? any advice on how to address the yellowing leaves would be most welcome. I'm spraying everything down with neem oil once a week right now.
thanks!

The pic is not clear but it is probably aphids (also looks like eggs of some sort). Aphids are not a problem until they are more or less covering the new growth. The amount you have is a good population to draw in ladybugs and other predators which will prevent a population explosion.

That is not necessarily early blight, which has characteristic ringed brown spots. It may be the start of a wilt disease, nutrient deficiency or nutrient deficiency due to aging. When I have that kind of thing I usually wait and see and then trim the leaf off when it gets almost all yellow.
