...Right on the vine. Hot mushy may-moes. 104 today and it's boiling my tomatoes in their skins...STILL ON THE VINES :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

SHADE, it won't help completely but protecting them from the beating rays will give them a little aid from the heat. Set up a shade cloth, tarp or something to give them a break from the sun!

Pick them pink and ripen inside? Better than none. :|
Went up to 102ºF here today.... :shock:

It only hit 85 here today and we got .10" of rain. Wow a good sprinkling!

But surprisingly it wasn't that humid.

I shade plants, I rig awnings, so that the air flow underneath is still good, so they don't overheat. Also be sure to water them well when the temps are that high, likely needed every evening.

Hubby goes through and trims out all low branches on trees to make a wind tunnel for us.
