What is wrong with my tomato plant?

I hope I have not double posted this message. Sorry if I have. New on this forum. I have a plant that is wilting in the areas where I found these powdery black spots that will scrape off and do not seem to be moving. The leaves are also starting to turn gray in spots. What is going on here and what can help? Thanks!

That is not one of the common tomatoe diseases. I would call my county extension agent. You could probably emial him the picture.

Oh wow, it figures I can come up with an uncommon one! LOL! I don't know where to begin to start looking for the extension agent. What do they do? Thanks! Debbie

I just found the extension agent and spoke with them. They are having a clinic this week in town and I will bring it there! Thanks!
