Found this on my Mr. Stripey branch.. is this bad?

One of the branches of my Mr. Stripey was on the ground for a bit, the branch was breaking off a little so thats maybe why it was on the ground. I tied the branch up to a stake and its fine now but I noticed this growth on part of the branch.. is it bad or is it root growth from being on the ground?

It's just the stem trying to grow roots. Even in the air, they will tend to do that, especially later in the season.

Nothing to worry about.

The tomato plant's ability to grow roots from the stem like that is why we suggest people plant the tomato deeper in the ground than it was in the pot, so that it can root along the stem and develop a bigger root system.

Ok cool! Thanks a lot for all the tips and help you've given me rainbow, actually everyone. I know I post a lot about what I find in the garden and it sometimes can get pesky especially since some of the questions are sometimes dumb. So thanks for putting up with me :D

That being said, I found something else in my garden on my German Pink plant, two things actually.

So I saw this on some of my lower branches. Instinctively, I immediately removed them but I just wanted to know what it could have been on the leaves.

Second subject, I noticed some browning on like the edge of the "megabloom" flower on my German Pink where it meets the truss.
The picture I have of it is kind of bad but you can see a little of the browning. I apologize for the terrible quality... camera phone :P
What could it be?
