Tomato leaf curl

My tomatoes initially look OK after starting, but then tips of leaves curl -- went to a garden store and they called it a tomato gall. Do not see much info on that on web. No leaf spots, but growth greatly stunted. Actually discarded most of the first planting and restarted -- but new plants are now starting with the leaf curl/gall as well. :( --Any suggestions greatly appreciated.[/img]

Tomato leaf curl is a physiological disorder that is primarily caused by excessive watering or drought conditions. It commonly shows up where I live because of the excessive rainfall during the spring.

I would not trust advice from your garden store. Tomato gall is a big blob like thing that affects GRAPEVINES.

Leaf roll usually does not stunt plants, but other problems that could fit your description usually let the plants get started a bit before hitting. Can you take a picture of the problem?
