Weird Spot on Tomato

The variety is Super Fantastic. Could this be due to irregular watering? I've left town the past couple weekends and my neighbors said they would take care of it for me. If so, apparently they haven't been doing their job. Don't know what else it could be; none of my other tomatoes (except for one other on the same plant) are exhibiting this. A couple days ago the skin looked a bit brown and wrinkly, now this. What's going on?

looks a bit like sun scald - not uncommon.

Yup, that's what I would have said too, sunscald.

Probably a real consideration there in Houston. You may need to provide a little bit of shade from afternoon sun. Shade cloth provides filtered light. You just need to figure out how to angle it, so they can get direct sun in the AM and filtered later in the day....
