Greenhouse Tomatoes with Unripened Cores... Why?

Perhaps someone can give me a lead as to WHY my tomatoes grown in a greenhouse in the UK have for the last few years had a unripened core in the centre of the tomatoe.
I have tried several different types/varieties and they all seem to be the same!
The yield is very always very good, can grow to about six or seven trusses, this applies weather I purchase seeds, plants or grow my own from saved seeds, even the self sets off the compost heap!
This makes me think its something I'm doing incorrectly.
Any ideas would be appriciated
Thanks in advance.
