Purple stem near yellow flowers

Hi,
I am new to growing tomatoes a complete newbie. I'm using one Topsy turvy upside down tomato planter.

I've gotten a few tomatoes from it about eight, but when I went to check on the plant I notice the stem connected to the yellow flowers were a purplish color, the leaves aren't purple. The big main stem isn't purple just near the flowers. It rained last night also.

It seems to have happened overnight because I think I would have noticed it yesterday, maybe I just wasn't paying close enough attention.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think this is by itself a problem. The underside of tomato leaves, especially on the seedlings is often purplish. Probably natural.

Just keep an eye out to see if the plant develops any other problems.
