Tomato Emergency - Please help!

Hello,
My tomato plants have some sort of fungus taking over the leaves and stems. I've been removing the dead infected leaves, and today when I went out to tend to my plants, I was saddened to see that a large portion of my plants were infected! What is this, and is there a way that I can (organically) take care of this problem?
These tomatoes were supposed to be a source of food for my family this winter, so this is devastating.

Your plants are infected with Late Blight which has become epidemic over the eastern US this summer. :( See the stickies about Late Blight at the top of the page here in the Tomato Forum for your best course of action. There are also recent posts elsewhere in the forum with good info.
