Growing 2nd Crop of Tomatoes

I live in the middle part of Georgia and want to plant a second crop of tomatoes...

When is the latest I could do that to produce a second crop of tomatoes before it gets too cool in the fall?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Are you talking about from seed? If so, then now would be good to plant the seeds. It looks like in your area you have risk of frost from about mid-Nov. If you are talking about started plants, maybe anywhere up through middle of August.
