Cuttings from Bush Tomatos?

Is it possible/wise to start cuttings from determinate tomato plants?

I believe what I planted were Best Boy (they also had a tag with "tomato" on them, so I won't be sure what is what until they start growing).

Any tips?

I'd like to grow a pot or two of tomatoes over the winter :).

I don't kno what type I have. Its big beef. But1-2 months ago I took some cuttings and used rooting hormone and into soil with a dome over top. I puta heating pad under to keep things moist and warm. Well I got some to root but never had time to get them outside so they died.

But what im saying it is possible with the type I have. Good luck!
