Sprawling Banana Legs

My Banana legs plant seems to be growing all bushy and out rather than up. It is a tangled mess of vines that I keep trying to straighten out. It seems to be fruiting well enough, but I am disconcerted about the whole bushy thing.

Any advice or comments?

Well, I had to look up Banana Legs as I hadn't heard of that tomato variety before, but it IS a determinate plant. TZ gave a great info regarding determinates here: https://www.helpfulgardener.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16104

If you didn't put a tomato cage around your plant when it was still small, best thing to do now would be to pound in stakes in a triangle or a square around the plant and then use twine or strips of cloth to tie ladders up the stakes to support the branches. I usually try to run the support under a fruit cluster or a leaf close to a fruit cluster to support them. Try to help spread out the branches so they all get good air circulation and sun.

Thanks!
I have a "cage" of thin bamboo and twine around it already, but I think I need to go in and unravel/arrange it more. Still it is just a little over a foot tall, and I thought it would get taller.
