Need Help Identifying Worm Please- Photos Incl.

I found this worm chewing on one of my Goliath Hybrids. I've since sprayed with neem oil and haven't seen any more damage but I would still like to know what it is.

Any ideas?

Here is a photo of it without magnification.

Wish I could help, but I haven't the slightest idea. I too have found a few of these guys around my garden. One in the wildflower bed and another on a marigold this afternoon. The lil thing had eaten so much of that marigold so I just popped off the flower and tossed it.

I can't really tell for certain, but it looks like it might be a cabbage looper, aka inchworm. If so, it's the larva of the cabbage moth, which is really a butterfly.
