Tomato leaf problem

This in on a few leaves, I grew these from seeds.I thought to was fungus, so h2o, baking soda, and a little epson salt was sprayed on them. The smallest plants suffered after spraying. this.[img]https://i581.photobucket.com/albums ... .jpg[/img]

Is the white flecks on the leaf from the "fungus" or the spray? What concentration did you use?
