My Tomato problem

I have this problem on my tomato plants, I grew them from seeds inside, This is on plants on the ground and also 2 topsy turvey plants upside down hanging plants never touched the ground

It looks like transplant shock to me. How does the new growth look? If the new growth looks fine, just do not worry.

Agree with jal_ut, though I would probably call it sunscald. But the issue would be for things grown indoors, when they get moved to outside, if they don't get a very gradual hardening off, at first they get a little burned by the sun. As noted, if this is it, they should adapt and new growth should be fine.

Thanks all, they were outside for 2 weeks, very cold here in Ma at the ocean. 59 on night, and 75 on days.
