Please Help me Help my Tomato Plants

This is just my 2nd year as a container gardener. With one tomato, that actually was delicious, I am already counting my "garden" a success.

I dusted my plants with Sevin dust about 3 weeks ago because I was sure I had those spider mites everyone talks about...that seemed to get me back on the right track. How often do I need to re-'dust' them? Am I over watering, or under watering them. Right now, I give them about 1.5 L a day. Yesterday it was 95 degrees in Memphis. As you can see from my photos, I am starting to see some yellowing leaves; I am open to any suggestions.
