Aphids

My plants are growing well, but today I noticed they have aphids. I know a strong stream of water will knock them off, but I have twenty tomatoes growing and the water stream is labor intensive, not to mention wasteful. I have been reading online about a few dish soap mixture options, but one I used, killed my broccoli. I don't want the same thing to happen to my tomatoes. Looking for a recipe that won't be too harsh but will still suffocate the little buggers.

Thank you, Billy.

Spray, especially under the leaves, with a solution of 2 table spoons mild dish or laundry soap to a bottle of luke warm water. You can also mix three parts luke warm water to one part vegetable or horticultural oil and a couple drops of dish soap.

Safer Soap works too. Its an organic approach that you can buy at any Home Depot or Lowes.
