Basil, Dill, Marjorum, Rosemary, Savory, Tarragon, Tyme should do it for herbs.
Being specific on variety limits chances but would like to try red burgundy, red weathersfield (especially cause it was once a locally grown fav) and yellow sweet spanish or new york early. Basically a red and a white for long day, northern growing.
Buttercup squash, yummy, been growing butternut for 20 years!
